萬巒豬腳是由林蘭枝女士在2000年代初期創立,旨在與舊金山灣區的朋友分享台灣美食。很早以前,林蘭枝女士就發現當時灣區鮮少有台灣的料理,於是決定在南灣成立這家餐廳,希望把南部家鄉萬巒知名的“萬巒豬腳”介紹給大家。十多年來,萬巒豬腳一直致力於保存正宗的台灣風味,服務灣區的朋友,現在由女兒與女婿持續經營,希望有機會與灣區以外的朋友分享。

Taiwan Cafe was founded by Lin Lan Chih in the early 2000s with the goal of creating and sharing Taiwanese dishes with the Bay Area. Lin Lan Chih noticed early on that Taiwanese food was underrepresented in the area and wanted to share the delicious tastes and flavors of her hometown Wan Luan in Pingtung in southern Taiwan -- a place famous for their Wan Luan Pork Hock. For over 10 years, Taiwan Cafe has been a family restaurant owned and operated by her daughter and her son-in-law, preserving authentic Taiwanese flavors through their various dishes. Now, they wish to share some of their signature dishes with everyone outside of the Bay Area.
